Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have ‘moving trucks outside their homes’ amid report power couple ‘purchased’ LA mansion
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are rumored to have purchased a Beverly Hills mega-mansion worth $60 million after months of searching for their dream home in the Los Angeles area.
According to TMZ, one of Jennifer’s luxury vehicles was parked outside the massive estate on Thursday, along with a hoard of moving trucks.
The outlet also claimed that moving trucks were positioned outside of Jennifer and Ben’s respective LA homes, seemingly suggesting an impending move.

Though it cannot be confirmed whether or not the engaged couple have finally snapped up a home to share, some details about the prospective Beverly Hills property have been unearthed.
The mansion was most recently owned by Australian billionaire James Packer, who’s the former fiancé of Mariah Carey. Other previous home owners include actors Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman.
It’s said to be a sprawling 14,000 square foot house, which would allow ample space for Jennifer and Ben’s blended brood.
Jennifer shares 13-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while the Good Will Hunting star shares daughters Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13 and son Samuel, 10, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Billionaire abode: Though it cannot be confirmed whether or not the engaged couple have officially snapped up a home for themselves, some details about the prospective Beverly Hills property have been unearthed. The massive estate is also said to have all the perks that two Hollywood heavyweights would want, including a proper movie theater, pool and a guest house.
It’s believed that Packer bought the property for around $60 million.
There’s a shroud of mystery surrounding this deal, considering the house was not listed for sale.
In fact, some real estate experts told TMZ that it hadn’t even been shown off market, with the exception potentially being Ben and Jen.
The couple have been spotted shopping for homes around the swanky areas of Los Angeles over the past several months.

Some of the homes that peaked their interest were listed above the $85 million mark, so this deal seems to be well within the couple’s price range.
Ben and Jennifer’s relationship has progressed at lightning speed since they shocked fans by reuniting in May 2021 after 17 years apart.
Just two months later, they would confirm their rekindled romance as they began blending their families and stepping out publicly as a couple.
By April of 2022, they announced their second engagement, twenty years after the first proposal.
The so-called ‘Bennifer’ duo were among the Hollywood ‘It’ couples in the early 2000s after meeting on the set of the box office bomb, Gigli, in 2002.
Ben would go on to propose to the hitmaker but their engagement would come to an end by early 2004.
