She may be the Queen of celebrities, but Kim Kardashian‘s dream of joining the official Platinum Jubilee celebrations in the UK have been dashed.
Despite her best efforts, officials at Buckingham Palace have rejected her pleas to attend the Platinum Party at the Palace on Saturday.
Representatives for the star, 41 — who landed in the UK with her boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28, this week — asked for tickets But the Palace turned the American couple down, as did publicists at the BBC, which will broadcast the show.

Kim was so determined to attend that a source told the Daily Mail she is trying to acquire tickets by other means — and has even said she doesn’t mind if the tickets are ‘not VIP’.
They said: ‘Kim rarely gets turned down to attend any event, so this has been quite surprising, especially as she doesn’t visit the UK often. Kim and Pete love the Royal Family and really wanted to be a part of this special celebration.’
It’s not clear if the Jubilee celebrations were the only reason for the couple’s trip to London.
The likes of Queen, Diana Ross and Nile Rodgers will perform at the event, while Sir David Attenborough and David Beckham will make appearances.
Some 10,000 tickets were allocated via a public ballot, and 7,500 have been given to key workers, those in the Armed Forces, volunteers and charities.
Members of the Royal Family are expected to attend on behalf of the Queen, who is ‘pacing herself’ but will be watching on TV from Windsor Castle.
Kim’s representatives declined to comment when approached by MailOnline.

The reality star and her comedian beau landed in the UK in recent days and went jewellery shopping in London’s Mayfair on Tuesday.
The reality TV star and her comedian beau walked hand-in-hand in Dover Street Market before stepping into Comme des Garçons Jewellery.
Kim was then seen browsing various items on display and appeared to be referring back to her phone as she was helped by a shop assistant.
Kim flaunted her incredible curves and famous derriere in clinging metallic gold leggings and stilettos, which she teamed with a cream Balenciaga zip-up hoody.
The couple also enjoyed a typically low-key date night at the River Café in London after touching down in the UK.

Saturday Night Live star Pete has become known across the globe thanks to his relationship with megastar Kim.
They stayed mum on their relationship status until Pete called the media mogul his ‘girlfriend’ in an interview with People (the TV Show!) in February.
Shortly after, Kim finally referred to the comedian as her ‘boyfriend’ during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in March.
Kim and Pete first met when she was the host of Saturday Night Live in October of 2021, and they shared their first kiss as cameras rolled during an Aladdin and Jasmine–themed sketch.
Before speaking publicly on their relationship status the two were spotted wearing matching PJ’s on Pete’s birthday in November, and were later seen catching a private screening of House Of Gucci at Pete’s preferred Staten Island multiplex.
Kim recently went Instagram official with Pete following months of them being photographed together on dates in LA and NYC.
The couple’s romantic London trip comes as Kim’s estranged husband Kanye West reignited his war with her over custody of their four kids in his latest single.
Kanye lamented his status as a co-parent to his children on his latest single, True Love, which dropped on Thursday night.
The song, with vocals from the late XXXTentacion, features Ye, 44, expressing his dissatisfaction with his custody schedule, as he raps: ‘Wait, when you see the kids? I’ll see y’all tomorrow/ Wait, when the sun set? I see y’all tomorrow.’
The musician also appears to grieve the fact that his kids aren’t with him permanently: ‘When I pick ’em up, I feel like they borrowed/ When I gotta return them, scan ’em like a bar code.’

Kanye, who shares North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three with the reality star goes on to complain about the children’s clothing.
‘Wait, who got the kids in those “What are thosе?”/ Wait, why they can’t wear Yeezys with the cargos?’ he asks, referring to his own brand.
‘Y’all know Nikе don’t like me, y’all take it too far, though/ At least have ’em in some Mike’s, he played for Chicago,’ he went on, referencing his dispute with Nike over a financial disagreement.
In the song, which discusses struggling to keep love alive in a relationship, Kanye seems to complain that the kids can’t see him even if they want to.
‘I only see three kids, who watchin’ Chicago?’ he wonders about his youngest daughter. ‘And you know all the nannies said, “Daddy in Nebraska”/ Let the kids dig a tunnel to my house like Chapo.’
Towards the end of the song Kanye states that his kids can always reach him, as he leaves the light on for them.

‘Only neighbor in the hood with a door they can knock on/ I leave the light on/ Daddy’s not gone, you see the light on.’
The single comes after Kim tried to make amends with her family for how Kanye had ‘treated’ them over the years on the latest episode of The Kardashians.
Kim shared her regrets over how the superstar rapper had behaved in recent years as she spoke with Khloé, Kendall, Kourtney, Travis Barker and mother Kris Jenner, along with her boyfriend Corey Gamble, over dinner.
During the talk Kim and Kris, 66, got the same text message revealing that Kanye was preparing to release a new song.
‘It means he’s talking s*** about me and probably saying whatever,’ Kim explained to her confused siblings.
‘You’re the mother of his kids and have been nothing but great to him,’ Kris said. ‘One day your kids are going to read all of it, and see all of it. And that’s something that everybody has to be really aware of.’
Kim vowed that she would never ‘stoop’ to her ex’s level and suggested that Kanye had ‘always’ treated her family poorly, hinting the issues preceded his battle with bipolar disorder and their split.
‘I protected that for so long, but I said I will never let that happen to you guys again,’ Kim said defiantly. ‘All I can do is control how I react to something,’ she went on to say. ‘I can’t control how he treats me or, you know, how he’s always treated you guys.’
In a confessional segment, the beauty said that she understood the ‘impact’ the split with West ‘has had on [her] family’ and that she wanted to tell them, ‘I’m sorry, guys.’
Kim filed to divorce Kanye in February of 2021 after more than six years of marriage. Kanye’s lawyer, Samantha Spector has filed paperwork to withdraw from the rapper’s divorce case from Kim.
