American Airlines Flight Attendants
Restrain Unruly and Abusive Passenger

(Euless, TX) - Yesterday, we witnessed more dangerous, life-threatening behavior towards a Flight Attendant in the not-so-friendly skies. This time it was onboard American Airlines Flight 377 from San José del Cabo, Mexico, to Los Angeles, CA.

“Yesterday, a passenger exhibited violent behavior towards a Flight Attendant on a flight to Los Angeles. Thankfully, the crew and passengers subdued the passenger, and the flight landed safely. This violent behavior puts the safety of all passengers and crew in jeopardy and must stop.

The passenger is currently in custody. APFA fully supports the affected crew members, and will do all possible to ensure that the passenger faces prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.” -Julie Hedrick, National President, Association of Professional Flight Attendants, representing 24,000+ Flight Attendants at American Airlines.
