Tech mogul Bryan Johnson claims his ‘super blood’ slashed his father’s age by 25 years

Anti-aging-obsessed tech mogul Bryan Johnson claimed one transfusion of his “super blood” with his father shaved his 70-year-old dad’s aging process by 25 years.

Johnson — who reportedly spends $2 million a year on a regimen that includes counting his nighttime erections so that his organs, including his rectum, function like a teenager’s — orchestrated a bizarre tri-generational blood-swapping treatment this year with the eccentric millionaire’s 17-year-old son Talmage and elderly father, Richard.

During the plasma swap in May, Johnson, 46, his son and his dad had nearly one liter of blood drained. Talmage’s plasma was fed into Johnson’s veins and Jonson’s plasma was fed into Richard’s veins.

“My father is now aging at the rate of a 46 year old. Previously, he was aging at the rate of a 71 year old. I am my dad’s blood boy,” Johnson shared in a post on X on Tuesday.

Johnson noted that it’s unclear whether Richard’s slow-down in aging “was due to him removing 600 mL of his plasma or receiving 1 L of my plasma. Or a combination of both?”

“There remains an open question how long my Dad’s lowered speed of aging will persist,” Johnson added. “So far it’s been six months (which is remarkable).”

It’s unclear if Johnson has plans to serve as his father’s “blood boy” again anytime soon.

He previously stated that he won’t be swapping plasma with his child again because there were “no benefits detected.”

However, Johnson is still undergoing other treatments to fight off Father Time.

His latest venture includes a “painful” shock therapy on his genitals that he said on a podcast released Wednesday reversed aging in his penis by 15 years.

“There’s this technology — you have a wand and you sit in a chair and the technician uses the wand and basically shocks your penis through acoustic technology,” Johnson explained on the latest episode of the “Diary of a CEO.”

“It’s a technology that has a broad range of applications, and it’s also used for erectile dysfunction,” he said, adding that he currently experiences no sexual dysfunction.

The shocks, which are not electrical, work similarly to workouts by creating “micro-injuries,” that the muscle then rebuilds, added Johnson, who made his fortune in his 30s when he sold his payment processing company Braintree Payment Solutions to EBay for $800 million.

The treatment is “painful,” he said, describing the pain as a 7/10 — but a 9/10 “at the tip.”

“I have been shocked by the results. I’m now two months in. My subjective experience is as if my penis has gotten 15 years younger,” he said.

At the same time he’s been undergoing the treatment on his genitals, he’s begun monitoring its impact on his nighttime erections.

On the program, he showed off the small sensor device he straps to his penis to measure the duration and strength of his erections for about 3-5 nights in a row every month or so.

The data on erections are important, he said, because it “represents psychological health, cardiological health.”

Currently, Johnson said his average nighttime erections last about two hours and 12 minutes — which roughly matches up to his “chronological age” of 46.

He’s on a quest to meet stats that would match up with those of an 18-year-old, he said, which would require “three hours and 30 minutes of nighttime erections.”

Johnson previously made headlines for sharing his strict daily regimen that he insists thwarts aging and includes a staggering 111 supplements and 2,250-calorie vegan diet — part of the venture he’s dubbed Project Blueprint.

After his morning health drink, Johnson said he works out for one hour, then sits down to a “super veggie” vegan meal of broccoli, cauliflower, ginger, hemp seeds, dark chocolate and one tablespoon of his allotted three daily tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

An hour after his chocolate-infused morning meal, he indulges in dessert, which he refers to as “nutty pudding:” a mix of macadamia nuts, walnuts, flax seed, pomegranate juice and berries.

And one hour after that, he has his third and final meal of the day, which usually takes place around 11 a.m.

Johnson said he eats around 70 pounds of vegetables per month.
