Now Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are suing Blac Chyna

It was allegedly Blac Chyna, with an iPhone charger, in Kylie Jenner‘s house.
In a new lawsuit obtained by Page Six via The Blast, Rob Kardashian claims Chyna tried to strangle him with an iPhone charger after consuming significant amounts of drugs and alcohol last December. Rob is suing for damages.
The reclusive “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star claims that on the night of Dec. 14, 2016, his ex-fiancée called two of his friends on FaceTime while playing with Rob’s gun, “unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on” — and at one point even pointed the gun at the camera and told Rob’s friends “not to mess around.” Later that night, Rob says Chyna, 29, lunged towards him with the charger cord and attempted to strangle him with it. The 30-year-old Arthur George sock designer says he was able to escape, but claims she repeatedly struck him in the face and head. Rob claims he suffered injuries to his neck, which he documented on social media.
He also claims that Chyna then proceeded to trash the house, which was owned by Kylie Jenner and being rented by Rob. As a result, Kylie is also listed on the lawsuit and is suing Chyna because she estimates the house suffered at least $100,000 worth of damage.
Kylie and Rob also claim that Chyna repeatedly told Kylie that she should be tested for sexually transmitted diseases, because of her relationship with Tyga. (Chyna and Tyga were engaged prior to her relationship with Rob.).

Rob and Kylie also allege that Chyna only got pregnant as one of her “deliberate actions to cash in on the Kardashians’ fame.”
When contacted by Page Six for comment Wednesday, Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, told us, “We have not received such lawsuit.”
The aftermath of the incident played out on social media at the time, with Rob turning to Snapchat to show that Chyna had moved out and emptied the house.
“I am so broken. This is a woman I fought my entire family for. I was in love with this woman to the fullest and I was none of that to her,” a sullen Rob said on Snapchat.
Meanwhile, Chyna took to Instagram to share her side of the story in a since-deleted post.
“This entire year I have done nothing but help Rob!” she wrote. “It’s so SAD & PATHETIC how low he’d stoop to cover up HIS PERSONAL ISSUES! I have done nothing but help & loved him from the beginning!”
This new legal battle comes only a couple of weeks after Rob and Chyna reached a custody agreement over their daughter, Dream Kardashian.
