Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce ‘couldn’t keep hands off each other’ backstage at ‘SNL’

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s PDA started on Saturday well before they were “touching and kissing” at a party at Catch Steakhouse.

When the couple attended “Saturday Night Live “they couldn’t keep their hands off of each other,” a source told us.

“They were very touchy-feely [backstage]. They were very cute and supportive of each other,” the insider added.

Page Six has also learned that “SNL” bookers were just as surprised by Swift’s and Kelce’s appearance on the show as viewers.

“No one knew they were coming,” a source told Page Six.

We’re told the “SNL” visit was supposed to be a date night for the couple.

They met up with Swift’s pal Zoe Kravit to watch the show as audience members, we hear. Other celebs in the audience included Dave Chappelle, John Mulaney and Olivia Munn.

But producers at the iconic sketch show were smart enough to capitalize on the budding couple in attendance.

Kelce appeared in a sketch, which we’re told “was there in dress rehearsal” — but he wasn’t initially a part of it.

We hear the show asked him if he wanted to “jump into a sketch when he got there, and they wrote him in.”

Perhaps one sign that Kelce’s appearance wasn’t planned was that he appeared in the same outfit he wore live on the air to a subsequent afterparty. Swift introduced her “Karma” collaborator Ice Spice on the show.

We’re told Kelce and Swift both had “ear to ear” big smiles behind the scenes.

Kelce was also chummy with the cast and crew, we hear, including host Pete Davidson, whose mother and sister showed up to support him in his return to the show.
