And no one would’ve blamed him following the Indianapolis Colts’ 4-12-1 finish in 2022, but Buckner chose to stay and helped the team bounce back with a 9-8 record in 2023. Now, his loyalty is being rewarded with a two-year, $46 million contract extension, a league source told The Athletic on Monday.
