The New Orleans Saints are re-signing safety Tyrann Mathieu to a two-year, $13 million deal, according to multiple reports.
He’s spent the past two seasons with New Orleans after signing a three-year deal with the franchise in 2022. Mathieu, 31, is coming of the best season of his Saints tenure logging four interceptions in 2023.
The three-time first-team All-Pro is a New Orleans native who played five seasons with the Cardinals, one with the Texans and three seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs.
