Jurgens (foot) has no injury designation ahead of Monday night's game against Kansas City, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports. The second-year offensive lineman was able to log a full week of practice coming off Philadelphia's bye, and as a result, the team decided to activate him from injured reserve after he missed the previous five games due to a foot issue, per Chris McPherson of the Eagles' official site.
