COLUMBUS, Ohio—A non-profit tasked with deciding how to distribute more than $400 million in Ohio opioid settlement money is accused of flouting a court order by holding closed-door meetings to search for a new executive director, according to a new court filing.
It’s the latest controversy over whether the OneOhio Recovery Foundation is required to follow state open-meetings and open-records law.
