Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson literally can’t stop hanging out together in Staten Island and the rest of “Pete Davidson’s Native New York City,” and obviously the internet has one question on its mind: Is this a PR stunt ingeniously orchestrated by Kris Jenner right in time for the Kardashians’ new Hulu show? ’Cause…let’s just say this is the vibe on Twitter right now.
Here’s the thing though. We know the Kardashians are 100 percent in the process of filming their Hulu show because cameras were seen at Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s post-engagement dinner. And more recently, Kris Jenner herself was spotted with Scott Disick at lunch and cameras were most definitely following them.
However, TMZ reports that Kim and Pete have been nowhere around cameras while going on back-to-back dates in New York City. Per the outlet, “We spoke with production sources who tell us Kim wasn’t filmed or followed one time by Hulu cameras during her entire trip to NYC, much less during any encounters with Pete.”
She also made an effort to avoid paparazzi during her hangs with Pete, with TMZ saying Kim “made it to Staten Island sans a big security team—and absolutely no cameras, not even paparazzi, got her during the escapade.”
On top of all this, a source tells E!, former home of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, that Kim and Pete’s vibe is legit. “Kim thinks Pete’s hilarious. Pete is quite the charmer and she totally understands the allure,” the insider said. “Kim loves that they just laugh the entire time they are together and she is really enjoying hanging out with him.”
For now, the vibe is “definitely casual” and “there is no pressure between them. Pete is a very chill and casual guy, and she likes that. They have plans to see each other again while Kim is in New York City. Whatever is going on between them is exciting to her.”
