Megha is the daughter of Mahendra Kumar Patodia of Hyderabad. He is the Exec. Chairman, CEO & MD at GTN Industries. GTN Industries Limited engages in the manufacture and sale of cotton yarn in India. The company offers medium, fine, and superfine combed yarn.

Megha Mittal and her husband, Aditya, actively donate to philanthropic causes related to child health both in India and the UK.
