Ms. Pronczuk was born in Warsaw, Poland, and holds degrees from King’s College London and Sciences Po Paris. Before joining The Times, she wrote for the Financial Times and was the deputy editor of Notes From Poland, an online English-language news service. Ms. Pronczuk is fluent in Polish and French.
