Nevada Republican Primary Election Results
Without Donald J. Trump on Tuesday’s primary ballot, Nikki Haley was outvoted by a “None of These Candidates” option. Candidates had a choice between participating in the primary and in a caucus being organized by Nevada Republicans on Thursday, and Mr. Trump opted for the caucus, where the state’s delegates will be awarded.

What to expect
Polls close at 10 p.m. Eastern time, which is 7 p.m. local time in the majority of the state. Officials say they expect the first votes to be reported around 11:00 p.m. Eastern.
In addition to Tuesday’s state-run presidential primary, Republicans will hold a presidential caucus on Thursday. Voters may participate in both the primary and the caucus; however, candidates had to choose which to compete in. Former President Donald J. Trump will participate in the caucus, which will determine which candidates receive delegates. Tuesday’s primary voters had the option of selecting “None of these candidates” if their preferred choice was not listed.
Voters must be registered with a party to vote in its primary, and independent voters cannot participate unless they choose a party affiliation at the polls. All voters were sent a ballot they could return by mail, and one week of in-person early voting was offered. As of Monday, nearly 58,000 ballots had already been cast in the Republican primary.
