BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) – WLOX’s advertising team won big at the 2022 Mississippi Gulf Coast American Advertising Awards. WLOX won five awards, which included four awards for its Allen Beverages “Lifestyle” campaign. The “Lifestyle” campaign was also presented with the Judge’s Choice award in the Best of Film, Video Sound category.
The campaign was shot at more than 40 locations across South Mississippi, highlighting the beauty of the Gulf Coast and the people who call it home.
“We are honored to work with the very talented production team at WLOX-TV. Our ad took a full year to produce from conception to air, and we knew we had something special when we saw the first draft. The recognition at the Addy Awards solidifies the hard work between our internal marketing team and the WLOX production team. We can’t wait to produce our next ad,” said Andrew Allen, President and General Manager of Allen Beverages in Gulfport, which is the Coast’s Pepsi distributor.
