So far prolific aircraft developer PMDG has brought three variants of their hugely popular Boeing 737 to Microsoft Flight Simulator, the -600, -700, and -800.
Wednesday (13th October) saw rsrandazzo take to the PMDG forum, issuing an announcement confirming two updates for the 737 product line in quick succession addressing a number of items, with the most up-to-date version now 3.00.0042. Additionally, there is a short update on the much-anticipated PMDG Universal Flight Tablet and -900 variant. Both products were expected to be released for Beta testing last month, but unforeseen issues have meant they have been kept to internal testing only so far with rsrandazzo citing unusual characteristics in the -900, and platform-side challenges for the Universal Flight Tablet. Though work is continuing, it will be a little while longer before beta testing commences.
