Kourtney Kardashian defended her ‘practice’ non-legal wedding to Travis Barker saying she wasn’t ‘fake married’ during a family appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday.
Jimmy, 54, joked that Kourtney, 42, hadn’t properly tied the knot as she and Travis couldn’t get a marriage license when they wed in a boozy 2am ceremony in Las Vegas on Sunday.
Her sister Kim then bragged that she was able to have a real wedding at 3am when she wed music producer Damon Thomas in Sin City aged just 19.

‘It’s not called ”fake married”,’ said Kourtney, who appeared on the ABC talk show with her mother Kris, Kim, Khloe and Kendall, and told how even though it wasn’t officially legal she did it anyway as it was ‘what was in her heart’.
‘It is called that,’ Jimmy said, to which Kourtney said: ‘There was no, like, possibility to get a marriage license at that hour,’ Kourtney said.
‘Isn’t everything 24/7 there?,’ Kim, 41, then asked. ‘In Las Vegas?,’ Jimmy then asked.
‘That’s what I thought. I’m like, are you guys lying? We asked, like, five times. What do we have to do to make this happen?,’ Kourtney said.

‘I feel like when I did it, it was 3 in the morning,’ said Kim, who got married at age 19 in Las Vegas to music producer Damon who later filed for divorce.
‘It was 2am and they were like ”it opens at 8 o’clock”,’ Kourtney said.
‘You wanted to get married for real but were unable to get married for real?,’ Jimmy asked.

Jimmy then showed a photo from their wedding in Las Vegas with an Elvis Presley impersonator officiating.
