    College student, 20, reveals simple lifestyle changes that helped her to lose 20LBS in just three months



    A college student has revealed the easy changes she made to quickly lose 20 pounds after putting on the freshman 15. 

    Jenna Sickler, 20, from Ohio, has more than 32,000 followers on TikTok, where she documents her life, including her beauty and fitness routines. 

    The junior in college went viral after detailing how she dropped weight and transformed her body in about two to three months. 

    Jenna, who uses the handle @jennaevelynnn, estimated that she gained about 15-20 pounds while living on campus during her freshman year.

    JENNA SICKLER’S WEIGHT LOSS TIPS 

    • Eat low-calorie, high-protein foods
    • Make time for meal-prepping
    • Do low-impact workouts such as Pilates and weight lifting
    • Walk 10,000 steps a day 

    ‘That was from drinking every weekend, not being in a [calorie] deficit, not hitting my protein goals, and not working out the right way for my body,’ she explained.

    The content creator noted that she was able to lose the weight ‘very quickly’ by making a few changes to her lifestyle. 

    ‘Food was the biggest thing,’ she said. ‘I was still eating a lot, but it was low-calorie, high-protein [food].’

    Jenna recalled how she would have ground turkey taco bowls and make sauces out of fat-free cottage cheese for added protein.

    Other staples included chickpea pasta, Greek yogurt, and turkey bacon.

    She added that doing low-impact workouts such as walking, weight lifting, and Pilates also helped her lose weight. 

    Jenna did full-body Pilates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, strength training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and cardio on Saturdays.  

    ‘This one is huge. Hit your 10k steps a day,’ she advised. ‘Some of those steps for me before my workouts would come from walking, doing the 12-3-30 workout, or the stair stepper.’

    The viral 12-3-30 treadmill workout consists of walking on a level 12 incline at 3 miles per hour for 30 minutes.

    Finally, Jenna said she made time to prep low-cal, high-protein meals, so she would always have them on hand. 

    ‘All of those things combined helped me lose my 15-20 pounds in two to three months,’ she concluded. 

    Jenna’s pinned video has been viewed 1.7 million times and has received more than 160 comments. 

    Many fans thanked her for the concise, easy-to-follow weight loss advice.
