    Keep yourself hydrated

    Sleep well

    Pick shampoos that are free of chemicals and artificial fragrances. It is perfectly okay if your hair doesn’t smell good, but it is essential to keep the hair stronger and healthier. So choose your hair care products wisely. Go for organic or herbal products. Also, avoid using electric curlers/straighteners and sprays.

    Guard your hair against direct sunlight, heat and pollution

    Cover your head with a scarf while stepping out in the sun. With that, you will be able to guard your tresses against damage caused due to heat or pollution.
