Panther National combines the love for golf and luxe Florida lifestyle – Robb Report

It took a retired Swiss alpine ski-racer-turned-developer to envision a luxury golf community for the future. Panther National in Palm Beach, Florida, is the creation of Dominik Senn, an athlete who also founded the 4sports & Entertainment management agency. “More than five years in the making, my vision for Panther National was initially inspired by what I believe is a void in the market,” says Senn. “I feel strongly that there is a desire for a new, modern, lifestyle-driven golf community that redefines luxury living.” The community he launched in Palm Beach Gardens will extend over 400 acres surrounded by a 2,400-acre conservation area and will eventually include 218 custom estates and an impressive array of ultra-luxe amenities.

To bring this to fruition, Senn put together a dream team of professionals, beginning with world-renowned, Florida-based architect Max Strang, lauded for his attention to environmental stewardship and his streamlined modernist design. For the signature 18-hole golf course, two generations of golfers will combine their skills: the legendary Jack Nicklaus and PGA Tour champion Justin Thomas. And through an innovative partnership, Tesla Energy will power the development’s backup systems and ensure its commitment to clean energy.

Panther National’s estates—divided into one-third-, one-half-, and one-acre sites—will feature multiple floor plans for elegant one- and two-story modernist homes of from 4,700 square feet to more than 10,000 and three to six bedrooms. Included in the plans are a two- or three-car garage with electric charging stations, as well as space for a private pool. The properties range from $3.5 million to $12 million, and the first release of 78 homes and sites will be available this summer.

The championship golf course promises challenging elevations and features unlike any in the state. “Golf course design has been a passion of mine for over five decades,” says Nicklaus. “Over the years, I have learned a great deal about courses, design, strategy and enhancing the environment.” He and Thomas will also have a hand in planning the state-of-the-art training facilities—with ball-tracing technology, elite pros, an indoor simulator, a putting room and advanced equipment. For practice, the community will feature a nine-hole, par-3 course.

“Partnering with Jack and the Nicklaus Design team, as well as Justin Thomas, was an easy decision,” notes Senn. “Nobody does a better job in creating a golf experience that can challenge the top touring professionals in the world, while offering an enjoyable experience for members and guests of all ages and skill levels.”

Florida’s relaxed and wellness-oriented lifestyle will be enhanced by a European-inspired clubhouse with a spa, fitness center, yoga studio, tennis complex and resort pool, along with venues for fine cuisine and carefully selected wine and spirits. And, of course, Panther National owners will find the area’s attractions—from beaches to boutiques—close at hand.

As the first golf and lifestyle community to be built in Palm Beach County in nearly two decades, Panther National is uniquely positioned to lead the way forward—with environmentally sensitive planning and construction, amenities geared to a 21-century penchant for wellness and personal renewal, and a genuine love of the game of golf.
