RANT to unreadable food expiration dates. Especially on tomato sauce in jars, for some reason. We need to know which jar to use first!
RAVE to everyone smart enough to know NOT to put the ID stickers found on fruit and veggies into compost. They’re plastic! These should go directly into the garbage bin.
RANT to the electronic bus-arrival-time screens. I got off the Link at Capitol Hill, and it said the 8 would be arriving in nine minutes, so I started walking instead of standing in the cold. Not two minutes later, an 8 bus passed me. I would have waited had the screen been correct! With location technology today, there is no reason these screens aren’t accurate.
RAVE to the staff at the Swedish First Hill emergency room! I was taken there three times the week after Christmas and was always met with calming patience, empathy and caring kindness. Thank you!
